![]() All customer service reps we dealt with are listed below:******************************* ***** **** Cancellation Team Manager We are simply looking to get them to stop charging our card, and as they violated their contract many times, did not pick up trash many times, and have failed to get back to us. We've gone through multiple customer service reps and managers, none of which has gotten back to us with explanations or satisfactory resolutions. Flood Brothers still charges us for those 2 weeks of pickup with the SAME LINE "We pinged the truck's GPS there, he must have picked it up."We haven't had trash pickup now in 3 weeks straight and they are ignoring our calls and emails and continue to charge our card, even though services aren't being provided. Then the trash collector hits an **** line and downs the line, making trash pickup impossible. Each time we called, the customer service rep would say "We pinged the truck's GPS there, he must have picked it up." Even when we provided video evidence that the trash had not, in fact, been picked up, they became increasingly rude and hung up on us. Where to start.We have had over a dozen times where our trash was not picked up in the last 12 months. How many times do I have to put my trash out.What rights do I have?Thank you,******************* I always pay for the whole year in advance.Also they need to keep their radios down!Bring back *****/WM!I am a disabled senior citizen. I want ***** back! We have to pay our own bill. Just a talking head on the other end of the line when you call. Do I get $30 off my bill because someone screwed me and didnt want to do their job? How about one free pass if I miss my garbage time again? Where are my rights if they are not doing the service I am paying for? We need a new contract and residents should have more rights when we arent getting the service we paid for. I said I would wait until the following week. One day I got my trash out too late and I called because this was my first time ever in **************************************** $30 to come back and get it. There is more trash on the ground with the totes than there was with trash bags. I am tired of them using those arm things only to spill trash all over and not get out of the truck to pick it up. This isnt the first time they have skipped me for one thing or another. I dont want a ticket because code enforcement thinks I put I out 6 days early and I dont want it to kill my grass. I had to take my bundle back up to my house. I told them that my landscaping better be picked up tonight. I called Flood ***** 5 minutes after the truck left and someone answered so it was before they closed for the day. They picked up everyone elses except mine. The landscaping truck drove down my street and right past my house. I had a bundle of tree branches, less than 3 feet in length. I put my landscaping waste out on Tuesday May 10, 2023, at 5:46 pm. I am fed up with the awful job Flood Brothers do or should I say dont do.
